Pentair Names Walter Podbelski to Lead Telecommunications Growth Initiatives at Pentair Electronic Packaging

ST. PAUL, Minn., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Pentair (NYSE: PNR) today announced the addition of Walter Podbelski to its Pentair Electronic Packaging management team as director of Telecommunications Business Development. Podbelski will lead Pentair's growth and business development initiatives in the telecommunications market.

Podbelski is rejoining Pentair after spending the last two years in a sales leadership role with Chatham Technologies, a competitor to Pentair in the Telecom market. Prior to joining Chatham, he spent five years with Pentair's enclosure group in sales and market development positions supporting the data communications and telecommunications markets. Podbelski holds a Bachelor's degree from Westfield State College in Westfield, MA and an MBA from Oregon State University.
