one supplier of industrial enclosures by Control Design magazine readers.
Control Design serves the information needs of professionals working in
automation, control and instrumentation at industrial original equipment
manufacturers.
Control Design conducted a survey in which it asked its readers -- predominantly
engineers working in machine tool and metalworking industries -- to indicate
their preferred suppliers in 45 categories. Hoffman Enclosures received 76
percent of the vote in the industrial enclosures category -- the highest measure
of preference in the entire survey. Hoffman's nearest competitor received 10
percent of the votes. This ranking mirrors the results of annual surveys of the
industrial process control industry conducted by Control Design's sister
publication, Control Magazine. Hoffman has won the Control Magazine Reader's
Choice Award eight years running.
