Pentair, Inc. (NYSE: PNR) has rescheduled its conference call to discuss its first quarter 2011 results to 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, two hours later than originally scheduled, due to overlap with other company calls. The call can be accessed via webcast or by dialing 866-271-5991 or 973-638-3449, along with conference number 55560561. Pentair results will be reported before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, as previously scheduled.
In addition, Pentair will hold its 2011 annual shareholder meeting on Thursday, April 28 at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time at Thrivent Financial in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Shareowners of record at the close of business on March 4, 2011, will be entitled to vote at the meeting. Thrivent is located at 625 Fourth Avenue South in Minneapolis.
